Tire Shops typically offer lifetime, or several year, warranties on the wear and tear of the tires they sell.  Here's another promotion to go alongside this which will encourage repeat customer visits: offer buyers a discount on the first set of tires they purchase for each car, but based on an agreement with your shop they can receive a more GENEROUS discount on all future sets of tires, if they agree to have each set rotated twice a year at your shop.  This saves your shop money over time, by not having to replace tires as frequently under the warranty.  And, it should provide you some business in between their tires purchases such as selling them oil changes, brakes, routine services, etc..  Replacing tires typically takes place between 2 and 4 years (based on wear and tear); this promotion potentially sets up these new customers in commiting to 4 to 8 visits to your shop (just with the rotations).  And, if your prices and services remain competitive; then after that many visits, there's a good chance that they've now become regular customers.
